Good morning. A hot day is ahead with highs around 90 degrees across Eastern and Southern New England. Upper 70s, low 80s across Northern New England. Scattered severe storms are expected to develop today through the evening hours. A few storms may be severe with damaging winds and hail! Hrrr model showing quite a few storms this afternoon with the potential for 40-55+ MPH gusts! Do not focus on the exact location but stay weather aware!!! Keep your eyes on the sky! 4th is looking great tomorrow with highs in the 70s, low 80s. Hotter this weekend with temps in the 80s Saturday and hotter Sunday with highs climbing to 90 degrees.
