Good Thursday morning. Another humid and hot day with temps in the 80s to near 90. Scattered storms are expected to develop this afternoon and evening! Northern New England will have the highest chance for severe storms today with a level 2 out of 5 risk. Main threat damaging winds and hail but a low 2% risk for a quick weak spinup tornado across far NNE. The main risk will be between 2-9 PM. The rest of the region in a marginal risk for severe storms. Can't rule a severe storm outside of Northern New England.
